Cuisine is one of the finest arts there are: being able to mix flavors and textures in a seamless way, creating a seducing, inviting dish, is something truly admirable. The best chefs spend years honing their skills and learning about all there is to arrange a true masterpiece for the senses, something worthy of being out there, in selected food guides and curated Instagram feeds.

This year, our beautiful island is once again celebrating this legendary craft in the ninth edition of the St. Barth Gourmet Festival, an unmissable event gathering eleven dedicated and proficient cooks, showing their expertise in a series of 4-hand dinners and exhibitions carried out in ten different top-notch restaurants all around.

For the ninth edition of the St. Barth Gourmet Festival, our beautiful, dreamy island will welcome eleven huge personalities with a unique touch and an unparalleled level of cuisine prowess.

Cédric Grolet

This experienced pastry chef has been regarded many times as the best patisserie maker all over the world. His fresh flavors and reinventions of traditional delicacies have become a signature move.

Gérald Passédat

With three Michelin stars since 2008, Géral Passédat is the chef at Le Petit Nice, a beautiful restaurant located in Marseille. In 2010, this skilled chef was also named a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour.

Christopher Coutanceau

Chef at the Christopher Coutanceau restaurant, this three-Michelin-star chef is a promising talent who defines himself as a "fisherman-chef," always advocating for sustainable fishing and cooking.

Jean Georges Vongerichten

A two Michelin star chef with over ten restaurants in more than five international destinations in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He’s the chef at the Jean-Georges restaurant.

Cédric Vongerichten

This skilled cook creates tasteful dishes at the Wayan restaurant in New York City. He’s currently a guest chef at Eden Rock and will be delighting all attendees at the St. Barth Gourmet Festival.

Fanny Rey

This Michelin-starred cuisinier is the chef at L’Auberge de Saint-Rémy and a guest chef at L’Esprit Restaurant. Fanny Rey is known for her “flavoursome, market fresh fare with a soft spot for local Alpilles producers,” according to the Michelin guide.

Alan Geaam

This accomplished chef is the owner of one Michelin star. He’s the chef at the Alan Geaam restaurant, and his dishes combine the finesse of French cuisine with the unique touches of Lebanese cuisine flawlessly.

Juan Arbelaez

With over ten years of experience, this talented chef and visionary entrepreneur of Colombian origin owns 14 restaurants in Paris and is currently a guest chef at Nikki Beach in sunny St. Barts.

Mohamed Cheikh

The 2021 winner of the 12th season of Top Chef will be visiting our beautiful island for the St. Barth Gorumet Festival. As of right now, Mohamed Cheikh is a guest chef at the Bagatelle restaurant.

Georgiana Viou

Her unique vision of cuisine is inspired by tasteful dishes from Benin and the South of France. Georgiana Viou is the chef at the Rouge restaurant and a guest chef at Le Sereno hotel.

Kévin de Porre

This one-Michelin-star chef is showcasing his talent at Contraste restaurant and is also a guest chef at the Zion restaurant in St. Barts. His neverending cooking creativity will be on display at the festival as well.
